Victoria Inner Harbour- Fisherman's Wharf   Beginner Level - 2.5 hrs

  Join us for a guided tour of Victoria's beautiful Inner Harbour and paddle through Fisherman's Wharf.
 Launch your kayak from Hidden Harbour Marina and enjoy a scenic paddle that gives you an amazing
 view of the Empress hotel and the Legislature buildings from the water. We will paddle to Fisherman's
 Wharf and stop at the paddlers pick up window. See the wharf behind the scenes and get a unique look at
 lifestyles living on the water.
 

                             
               Victoria Outer Harbour -Seal Island    Beginner to intermediate level
              (weather dependent)- 2.5 hrs
 If you are interested in exploring what is just around the bend from the Victoria  Inner Harbour you will
 enjoy this guided sea kayaking tour. Pass by a colony of seals just outside the harbour. Explore the
 beaches and inlets of Juan de Fuca Strait and get a taste of West Coast kayaking. Paddle alongside blue
 herons hunting in the kelp beds. Glide along over moon jellies while viewing the playful antics of the
 oyster catchers. Breathe in the fresh sea air and be in awe of the amazing views of the Olympic Mountains
 across the Strait.

            Cherry Beach Picnic Tour    Beginner to intermediate level
              (weather dependent)- 3.5 hrs
 Indulge yourself in a real treat! Enjoy a fully catered and served lunch on Cherry Beach. This small,
 intimate  beach has stunning vistas of the Olympic Mountain Range and Juan de Fuca Strait. What better
 table with a view could you find dining in the city?  Paddle along the Strait's gentle coastline while passing
 by seal colonies, kelp forests and plentiful ocean bird species.  This tour includes an introductory sea
 kayaking lesson, a fully catered lunch and a fully guided kayaking tour.
 

                           1/2 Day Trip - Fisgard Lighthouse by Sea   Beginner to intermediate level
                              (weather dependent)- 6 hrs
  Explore Victoria's outer coast line  as you paddle one and a half hours to Historical Fisgard
  Lighthouse. Pass by seals sunning themselves on the rocks and possibly encounter river otters, blue
  heron, bald eagles and on a rare occasion a whale. We will land on a gentle beach and enjoy a fully
  catered picnic lunch. Stretch your legs taking in a self guided walking tour of the grounds and into the
  light house itself. Once we have explored we will enjoy our return paddle back to the shop. 

 

           4 Day Discovery Islands Kayaking Tour   Intermediate level
  Join us next September for a multi-day kayaking trip to the Discovery Islands. This will be a lodge based kayaking trip with day trips from the Lodge. This trip is still in the planning stages.                  Kayak Rentals
 We are in a great location for kayak rentals. We rent kayaks for one, two or three hours.  Rental prices 
  include all kayaks, safety and paddling gear! You can choose to kayak into the Harbour, into the Gorge
 waterway or out along the coast in the Strait depending on the weather or the interests of your group.

    Harbour- just around the headland from Seal Island!
   Enjoy a peaceful paddle avoiding harbour traffic. Get to Juan de Fuca Strait in minutes!  Don't waste an

   We offer sea kayaking lessons with Paddle Canada Certified Instructors.
   Our tour guides are ACSKG certified assistant sea kayaking guides - your safety is our first priority.
