"Through patient, easy to understand instructions from Nici, we were on our way to a true life experience.  Once we were in our kayaks and on the water, through every stroke of the paddle, I was able to gain confidence and the excitement of achieving something that I have never done before which allowed me to open up to the full opportunity of what I was doing, having a true life adventure. As we glided through the water, past homes that guard the banks of the waterway, under bridges, past massive docks, a euphoria set in that was so exhilarating it made me giggle in happiness.  Even the experience of sharing our snack with the ducks that were brave enough to come up to our boats made the normally insignificant become significant in the moment.  The whole event will be with me forever, part of me for future reflection of a time truly enjoyed and shared."
